How We Work

Magenta’s projects are typically designed as retainers ranging from four to twelve months. We recommend retainers to equip our team to offer guidance throughout the planning, problem-solving, and execution phases, all within a predictable cost structure. As a result, our project staff works as an integrated part of your team to create customized solutions suited to your organization’s growth strategy.
